Here is how we do that:
1. We make it easy for you to communicate with us. You can call us, e-mail us, snail mail us, leave feedback on our website. You can request that we visit you at your convenience. We encourage all of the above.
2. We listen very carefully and we note your concerns.
3. Then we make the adjustments needed to make you happy.
4. We check the work and we check with you to insure the issue is resolved.
5. We also periodically check to insure the problem does not re-surface.
6. All of these processes and procedures are taught to management and field employees.
7. Beyond that we request a third party auditor review our processes and document that we really ‘do what we say’. They inspect our database, files, interview employees, clients and vendors to insure that we deliver what we promise.
8. Champagne Services is made up of people who understand that we provide a very personal service. The trust you place in us as a company and as individuals is valuable to us. That is why we promise to continually research the science of cleaning and implement best practices in our business model. That is why we perform surprise inspections and touch base with you occasionally.
9. Champagne Services has earned the highly esteemed ISSA Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) and the Green Building Services Standard (CIMS-GB).
