Our premium
start-up service is key in enabling us to get your home in shape and
maintain it the way you like it. This first visit is charged at a per
person hourly rate so we can spend the time it takes to leave your home
feeling and looking sparkling clean.
- Basic Maintenance

Once your home has had a thorough
deep-cleaning, our routine basic maintenance is our most popular service
with your choice of regularly scheduled cleanings performed weekly,
bi-weekly or monthly. This includes basics like dusting, vacuum,
bathrooms, kitchen counters and floors. Of course, each home is
individually estimated so you don't feel you get a cookie cutter cleaning
but tailored especially to your needs and budget.

Periodically, all homes need major cleaning. Lights, ovens,
cabinets and plant shelves are examples of things needing attention a few
times annually . Ask us about this service.
- Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning
- Are you moving in and want to be assured of cleanliness? Or maybe your
moving out and want to leave a good impression. Let us know the date of your
move as far in advance as possible. Also, if you have your home on the
market, you will want to keep it in showroom condition throughout the
process. We do a thorough cleaning—from insides and out of large
appliances to insides of cabinets to light fixtures and vents and, well, just
about everything. This service is charged at a per person hourly rate to
give you the quality you deserve.
