Basic Maintenance (Regular Recurring Service)

Once your home has had a "First Time In" cleaning, our routine basic maintenance is our most popular service with your choice of regularly scheduled cleanings performed weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. This includes basics like dusting, vacuum, bathrooms, kitchen counters and floors. Of course, each home is individually estimated so you don't feel you get a cookie cutter cleaning but tailored especially to your needs and budget.

Bathrooms: Showers, tubs, toilets, accent lighting, sinks, vanities, mirrors, cabinetry, floor, area rugs.

Kitchen: Counters, sinks, outsides of small and large appliances, microwave (inside and out), stove (excludes oven), floors, hanging light fixtures, tables and chairs or stools.

Dusting: Hi-lo ledges, furniture, collectibles, pictures, windowsills, baseboards

Glass work: Glass tables, mirrors, high traffic windows, picture frames

Vacuuming: Includes moving small, light furniture such as chairs, ottomans and baskets. We use professional grade vacuum cleaners that do not pollute the air and allow for vacuuming under beds or other low profile places. Edging as needed.

Everywhere: Fingerprints on doors and light switches, remove cobwebs.
